Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak periods can add time, and we will always tell you if we know an order is running late.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot reroute it. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at intel@enormous-tiger.com and we will make it right.
